      • Security deposit for bike rs 5000 (refundable at the end of the trip).
      • Any entry charges or monument fee.
      • Any personal expenses/tips/permits.
      • Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies and acts of god.
      • Room heater charges, pickup/drop facilities.
      • Extra days stay/food at any place during the tour because of bad weather or road blocking due to snow.
      • Any damage to the bike must be borne by the client.
      • 5% gst

 


Payment Policy

  • Booking Amount : Rs 5000 per person
  • 20% of the trip cost to be paid 45 days before the trip departure date
  • 30% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
  • Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date

 

 


 

Additional Information

      • Additional Expenses Due to Uncontrollable Factors: If unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other factors out of the operator’s control arise (e.g., extra hotel stays, meals, or transportation), participants will need to cover these additional costs. Zo Adventures or its hotel partners are not responsible for these expenses.
      • Not Responsible for Changes Beyond Control: Zo Adventures is not liable for changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond its control, such as altered flight or train schedules, cancellations, political unrest, UNION ISSUES or natural disasters.
      • Leaving the Tour Midway: If a participant decides to leave the tour before its completion, they must pay for the bike’s transportation from their departure point back to the designated drop-off location.
      • Luggage responsibility: guests are responsible for keeping their luggage safe. the company is not accountable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. carrying a small daypack for valuables is advised.
      • Non-transferable and non-refundable bookings: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable.
      • Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes. zo adventures will try to provide alternate plans/trips/treks, but no refunds will be given.
      • If any trip/trek/expedition cannot be started or completed at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc., no refunds will be provided.
      • Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc. during the trip will be borne by the customer.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

    • For cancellations, kindly reply to the email you received from us at the time of booking.
    • The booking amount is non-refundable.
    • 60 to 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total trip cost will be cancelled
    • 44 to 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 29 to 15 days before the departure date: 50% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 15 to 8 days before the departure date: 75% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 7 days before the trip departure date: 100% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • No show: no refund.

What To Expect

Day 1 Delhi to Mandawa

  • Start your rajasthan bike adventure with a ride from new delhi to mandawa, a charming town celebrated for its magnificent havelis and detailed frescoes. On the first day, you’ll cover around 235 kilometers, so prepare for a journey filled with scenic views and cultural exploration.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 2 Mandawa to Jodhpur

  • Set off from mandawa to jodhpur, covering about 330 kilometers. Enjoy the desert landscapes and vibrant rajasthani culture along the way. Expect a 6–7 hour drive, with opportunities to explore local towns and savor regional cuisine. Arrive in jodhpur to discover its majestic forts and bustling markets.

Day 3 Jodhpur to Jaisalmer

  • Journey from jodhpur to jaisalmer, a 300 km trip through the thar desert, taking roughly 5–6 hours. Arrive in jaisalmer to marvel at the golden fort, explore ornate havelis, and soak in the unique desert atmosphere.

Day 4 Jaisalmer – Longewala – Jaisalmer

  • Enjoy a fascinating 240-kilometer round trip from jaisalmer to longewala. Absorb the vast desert landscape, visit the significant longewala battle site from the 1971 indo-pak war, and return to jaisalmer to soak in the grandeur of the golden fort and its lively markets.

Day 5 Jaisalmer to Udaipur

  • Ride from jaisalmer to udaipur on a thrilling bike journey of around 490 kilometers. Traverse diverse landscapes from desert to lush greenery in about 8 hours. Enjoy the stunning views, historic forts, and vibrant culture of udaipur upon arrival, with its majestic palaces and serene lakes.

Day 6 Udaipur to Pushkar

Day 7 Pushkar to Jaipur

  • Embark on a road trip from pushkar to jaipur, covering about 150 kilometers. Enjoy the scenic drive through rajasthan’s landscapes, and arrive in jaipur to explore its majestic forts, palaces, and vibrant bazaars. Experience the rich culture and heritage of the pink city.

Day 8 Jaipur to Delhi
