  - Any personal expenses/tips/permits.
  - Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies and acts of god.
  - Room heater charges, pickup/drop facilities.
  - Extra days stay/food at any place during the tour because of bad weather or road blocking due to snow.
  - Rafting, corbett safari or any other adventure activity.
  - Any damage to the bike must be borne by the client.
  - 5% gst

Payment Policy

Booking Amount : Rs 5000 per person
20% of the trip cost to be paid 45 days before the trip departure date
30% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date

Additional Information

- - Additional Expenses Due to Uncontrollable Factors: If unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other factors out of the operator’s control arise (e.g., extra hotel stays, meals, or transportation), participants will need to cover these additional costs. Zo Adventures or its hotel partners are not responsible for these expenses.
  - Not Responsible for Changes Beyond Control: Zo Adventures is not liable for changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond its control, such as altered flight or train schedules, cancellations, political unrest, UNION ISSUES or natural disasters.
  - Leaving the Tour Midway: If a participant decides to leave the tour before its completion, they must pay for the bike’s transportation from their departure point back to the designated drop-off location.
  - Luggage responsibility: guests are responsible for keeping their luggage safe. the company is not accountable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. carrying a small daypack for valuables is advised.
  - Non-transferable and non-refundable bookings: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable.
  - Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes. zo adventures will try to provide alternate plans/trips/treks, but no refunds will be given.
  - If any trip/trek/expedition cannot be started or completed at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc., no refunds will be provided.
  - Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc. during the trip will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

- For cancellations, kindly reply to the email you received from us at the time of booking.
- The booking amount is non-refundable.
- 60 to 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total trip cost will be cancelled
- 44 to 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- 29 to 15 days before the departure date: 50% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- 15 to 8 days before the departure date: 75% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- 7 days before the trip departure date: 100% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- No show: no refund.

What To Expect

Day 1 New Delhi to Rishikesh

At the crack of dawn, assemble promptly at 6.00 am at our office in karol bagh. After a warm welcome from the trip captain, we’ll kick off our uttarakhand journey with an exhilarating bike ride towards rishikesh, passing through the sacred city of haridwar.
By early afternoon, we’ll arrive in rishikesh, where you can unwind at our cozy campsite or hotel. Later, explore the vibrant cafes, immersing yourself in the laid-back, bohemian charm of this spiritual haven.
End the day with a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay beneath the starry skies of rishikesh.

Day 2 Rishikesh to Chopta

After a hearty breakfast, we say our goodbyes to rishikesh and set off towards the breathtaking meadows of chopta, a hidden gem in the heart of uttarakhand. Known for its lush greenery and serene beauty, chopta serves as the starting point for the famous tungnath trek.
Once we arrive, we’ll settle into our hotel/camps, where you can relax or explore the surrounding landscape at your own pace, soaking in the tranquility of nature. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner before retreating for a peaceful overnight stay in the serene atmosphere of chopta.

Day 3 Chopta to Joshimath

Wake up to a refreshing morning and prepare for the next leg of your adventure—a ride to joshimath, a charming town nestled in the chamoli district of uttarakhand. After breakfast, we’ll begin our scenic 135 km journey, with an early start at 7 am. The ride will take approximately 7–8 hours, offering beautiful views along the way.
Upon arrival in joshimath, unwind and relax with your fellow travelers. If time permits, take a leisurely stroll through the village to explore its local charm. End the day with a restful night at your stay in joshimath, recharging for the adventure ahead.

Day 4 Joshimath – Auli – Joshimath

This morning, you’ll set out for auli, a stunning hill station and himalayan ski resort in uttarakhand. Surrounded by dense coniferous and oak forests, auli offers spectacular views of the towering nanda devi and nar parvat mountains—a true visual treat.
After spending some time exploring the serene beauty of auli, we’ll make our way back to joshimath. Departing from joshimath at 9 am, it’s a scenic 32 km ride that will take about an hour.
Overnight stay awaits you in joshimath, allowing you to rest and reflect on the day’s adventures.

Day 5 Joshimath to Kausani

As the morning breaks, you’ll begin your journey to the picturesque town of kausani, located in uttarakhand’s bageshwar district. Known for its sweeping views of the majestic nanda devi, trishul, and panchachuli peaks, kausani is a true himalayan gem.
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we’ll depart from joshimath for the 195 km drive, which will take around 8 hours. Upon arrival, settle in for an overnight stay in kausani, where the tranquility of the mountains will be the perfect end to your day.

Day 6 Kausani to Binsar

Kickstart another exciting day of your bike trip in uttarakhand as you gear up for a scenic ride to binsar. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the rich biodiversity of binsar, a haven for wildlife enthusiasts.
Known for its abundance of rare animals, birds, and vibrant wildflowers, this place is often referred to as a trekker’s paradise. After exploring the natural beauty of the area, return to your accommodation in the evening to relax and unwind with your fellow travelers.

Day 7 Binsar to Jim Corbett

This morning, gear up for an exhilarating motorbike ride to jim corbett, india’s most renowned tiger reserve. Here, you’ll have the thrilling opportunity to witness the majestic wild cat in its natural habitat.
Famous for its rich wildlife, corbett is a paradise for animal lovers and aspiring photographers alike. Don’t forget to bring your camera and binoculars to capture sightings of tigers and other rare species during an exciting jungle safari.

Day 8 Jim Corbett to New Delhi

On our final day, we kick off with an exciting jim corbett safari, where you’ll experience nature in its wildest form and have the chance to spot incredible wildlife up close.
After the safari, we set off on our return journey to delhi. As we arrive back in the city, it’s time to say goodbye to new friends and cherish the memories of this extraordinary adventure. The trip comes to an end, but the experiences will stay with us forever.
