Itinerary

Day 1 - Delhi to Manali Via Volvo

  • Departure from Delhi in the evening by Volvo bus. Comfortable overnight journey to Manali.

Day 2 - Manali to Jibhi

  • Depart for Jibhi , Bikers will head to Manali to collect their bikes & test ride from Manali to Gushaini/Jibhi. Check-in to your Hotel, explore the beautiful valley. Dinner and Overnight Sleep.

Day 3 - Jibhi to Sangla Valley

  • After breakfast, we will start our ride towards the Sangla Valley via Rampur, It will be a beautiful 8 hour ride where you will enjoy the magnificent vistas throughout the way. Enroute to day visit the last inhabited village before the IndoChina border, the beautiful Chitkul which is known as the last village of India. Dinner and overnight stay at Sangla.

Day 4 - Sangla to Nako Via Shipki La

  • Chitkul is famous as the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border, known for its pristine beauty, Baspa River, wooden houses, and peaceful Himalayan vibes. 
  • Khab Sangam is famous for the spectacular confluence of the Spiti and Sutlej rivers, where you can clearly see the contrast between the muddy Spiti waters and the green Sutlej. 
  • Shipki La is famous for being an ancient Indo-Tibet trade route and a high-altitude pass close to the Indo-China border, offering dramatic mountain views.

Day 5 - Nako to Kaza via Sumdo and Lepcha La

  • Sumdo is famous as the official entry point to Spiti Valley and marks the transition from green valleys to cold desert landscapes. 
  • Lepcha is known for its strategic location and stunning views of the Spiti River. 
  • Reach Kaza, explore the local market in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 - Kaza Local Sightseeing

  • Start your ride early in the morning as this one is going to be a long day. 
  • Visit the world’s highest post office which is located in Hikkim and also the world’s highest village connected via motorable road, Komik. Also, visit the famous Langza where you will get tremendous views of the Chau Chau Kang Nelda Peak and the Buddha Statue looking down at the valley. Dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.

Day 7 - Kaza to Chandrataal

  • After breakfast we start riding towards Chandratal. We will cross the highest Chicham bridge & highest pass of our trip, the Kunzum La. Visit the Key Monastery and Kibber Village on the way. The road to Chandra Tal begins at Batal and offers breathtaking views. It ends a kilometer before the lake, requiring a walk to reach it. You will see a beautiful crescent shaped lake filled with crystal clear water right in the middle of a stark landscape. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite in Chandar Taal.

Day 8 -Chandratal to Manali

  • After an early breakfast, start your ride towards Manali. The drive from Batal to Chattru to Atal tunnel is also one of the most beautiful routes in your entire road trip. You will reach Manali in about 7-8 hours from Chandra Taal. Dinner and overnight stay at Manali.

Day 9 - Manali to Delhi

  • After breakfast, early check – out from the hotel and keep your bags safely at the reception area of Manali stay. Explore manali by yourself and In the evening we will start your journey towards Delhi where we will come to an end of this beautiful and memorable road trip.

Day 10 - Reach Delhi

What’s Excluded

      • Personal expenses such as room heater charges, laundry charges etc.
      • 5% GST (tax)
      • Anything that is not mentioned above in the inclusions is excluded.
      • Any expenses caused due to conditions beyond our control such as road blockage, road accidents, landslides (to be borne by the customer on the spot)
      • Any medical expenses
      • Cost incurred due to change in itinerary due to landslides, roadblocks or factors beyond human control.
      • Any entrance fee to the monastery and monuments.
      • Bike Spares and Damages (Charge as per actual)
      • Travel Insurance
      • Security amount of ₹5000 per bike ( Refundable)

 


Payment Policy

  • Booking Amount : Rs 5000 per person
  • 20% of the trip cost to be paid 45 days before the trip departure date
  • 30% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
  • Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date

      • Additional Expenses Due to Uncontrollable Factors: If unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other factors out of the operator’s control arise (e.g., extra hotel stays, meals, or transportation), participants will need to cover these additional costs. Zo Adventures or its hotel partners are not responsible for these expenses.
      • Not Responsible for Changes Beyond Control: Zo Adventures is not liable for changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond its control, such as altered flight or train schedules, cancellations, political unrest, UNION ISSUES or natural disasters.
      • Leaving the Tour Midway: If a participant decides to leave the tour before its completion, they must pay for the bike’s transportation from their departure point back to the designated drop-off location.
      • Luggage responsibility: guests are responsible for keeping their luggage safe. the company is not accountable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. carrying a small daypack for valuables is advised.
      • Non-transferable and non-refundable bookings: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable.
      • Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes. zo adventures will try to provide alternate plans/trips/treks, but no refunds will be given.
      • If any trip/trek/expedition cannot be started or completed at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc., no refunds will be provided.
      • Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc. during the trip will be borne by the customer.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

    • For cancellations, kindly reply to the email you received from us at the time of booking.
    • The booking amount is non-refundable.
    • 60 to 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total trip cost will be cancelled
    • 44 to 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 29 to 15 days before the departure date: 50% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 15 to 8 days before the departure date: 75% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 7 days before the trip departure date: 100% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • No show: no refund.
