      •  Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, shopping, etc.

      • Monument entrance fees and camera charges

      •  Adventure activities like paragliding, ziplining, bungee jumping, etc.

      • Any additional cost arising due to natural calamities, road blockages, political unrest or unforeseen circumstances

      •  Anything not mentioned under package inclusions

Payment Policy

  • Booking Amount : Rs 5000 per person
  • 20% of the trip cost to be paid 45 days before the trip departure date
  • 30% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
  • Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date

 

 

 

Additional Information

      • Additional Expenses Due to Uncontrollable Factors: If unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other factors out of the operator’s control arise (e.g., extra hotel stays, meals, or transportation), participants will need to cover these additional costs. Zo Adventures or its hotel partners are not responsible for these expenses.
      • Not Responsible for Changes Beyond Control: Zo Adventures is not liable for changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond its control, such as altered flight or train schedules, cancellations, political unrest, UNION ISSUES or natural disasters.
      • Leaving the Tour Midway: If a participant decides to leave the tour before its completion, they must pay for the bike’s transportation from their departure point back to the designated drop-off location.
      • Luggage responsibility: guests are responsible for keeping their luggage safe. the company is not accountable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. carrying a small daypack for valuables is advised.
      • Non-transferable and non-refundable bookings: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable.
      • Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes. zo adventures will try to provide alternate plans/trips/treks, but no refunds will be given.
      • If any trip/trek/expedition cannot be started or completed at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc., no refunds will be provided.
      • Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc. during the trip will be borne by the customer.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

    • For cancellations, kindly reply to the email you received from us at the time of booking.
    • The booking amount is non-refundable.
    • 60 to 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total trip cost will be cancelled
    • 44 to 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 29 to 15 days before the departure date: 50% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 15 to 8 days before the departure date: 75% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 7 days before the trip departure date: 100% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • No show: no refund.

What To Expect

Day 1: Delhi – Kathmandu

  • Arrive in Kathmandu via flight or surface transfer from Delhi. On arrival, our representative will assist with hotel check-in.
    Later, proceed for a short sightseeing tour covering:

    • Pashupatinath Temple – one of the holiest Hindu temples

    • Boudhanath Stupa – a UNESCO World Heritage Site

    • Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) – panoramic city views

  • Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu Full-Day Sightseeing

  • After breakfast, enjoy a full day of cultural exploration:

    • Kathmandu Durbar Square – ancient royal palace

    • Patan Durbar Square – Newari architecture and heritage

    • Bhaktapur Durbar Square – medieval city charm

  • Evening free for shopping or leisure.

  • Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhara 200 km / 6–7 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara, known for its serene environment and Himalayan views.

  • En route, enjoy scenic rivers and mountain landscapes.

  • Evening at leisure by Phewa Lake.

  • Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 4: Pokhara Sightseeing

  • Early morning excursion to Sarangkot for a spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range.
    After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing:

    • Phewa Lake (Boating)

    • Davis Falls

    • Gupteshwar Cave

    • Bindhyabasini Temple

    • International Mountain Museum

  • Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 5: Pokhara – Chitwan National Park (160 km / 5 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Chitwan National Park, Nepal’s premier wildlife destination.
    After check-in, enjoy jungle activities such as:

    • Village walk

    • Cultural Tharu dance

    • Nature walk

  • Overnight stay in Chitwan.

Day 6: Chitwan – Kathmandu (160 km / 5 hrs)

  • Early morning jungle safari (elephant or jeep safari – subject to availability).

  • After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu.

  • Evening free for leisure, shopping, or optional activities.

  • Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 7: Kathmandu – Delhi (Departure)

  • After breakfast, transfer to the airport or border for your return journey to Delhi with unforgettable memories of Nepal.
