Payment Policy

Booking Amount : Rs 5000 per person
20% of the trip cost to be paid 45 days before the trip departure date
30% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date

Additional Information

- - Additional Expenses Due to Uncontrollable Factors: If unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other factors out of the operator’s control arise (e.g., extra hotel stays, meals, or transportation), participants will need to cover these additional costs. Zo Adventures or its hotel partners are not responsible for these expenses.
  - Not Responsible for Changes Beyond Control: Zo Adventures is not liable for changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond its control, such as altered flight or train schedules, cancellations, political unrest, UNION ISSUES or natural disasters.
  - Leaving the Tour Midway: If a participant decides to leave the tour before its completion, they must pay for the bike’s transportation from their departure point back to the designated drop-off location.
  - Luggage responsibility: guests are responsible for keeping their luggage safe. the company is not accountable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. carrying a small daypack for valuables is advised.
  - Non-transferable and non-refundable bookings: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable.
  - Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes. zo adventures will try to provide alternate plans/trips/treks, but no refunds will be given.
  - If any trip/trek/expedition cannot be started or completed at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc., no refunds will be provided.
  - Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc. during the trip will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

- For cancellations, kindly reply to the email you received from us at the time of booking.
- The booking amount is non-refundable.
- 60 to 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total trip cost will be cancelled
- 44 to 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- 29 to 15 days before the departure date: 50% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- 15 to 8 days before the departure date: 75% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- 7 days before the trip departure date: 100% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
- No show: no refund.

What To Expect

Day 1: Delhi to Guwahati

- - Depart from Delhi by flight or train to Guwahati. On arrival, meet the trip representative and transfer to the hotel or hostel. After check-in, relax or explore nearby local markets and riverfront areas. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day 2: Guwahati | Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for Guwahati sightseeing. Visit Kamakhya Temple, Umananda Temple (river ferry, subject to availability), Assam State Museum, and stroll along the Brahmaputra Riverfront. Evening free to explore local cafés or enjoy an optional river cruise. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park

- - Post breakfast, check out and drive towards Kaziranga National Park, home to the one-horned rhinoceros. On arrival, check in to the resort or hotel. Evening free to relax or enjoy a cultural program (subject to availability). Overnight stay near Kaziranga.

Day 4: Kaziranga | Wildlife Safari

- - Early morning, head out for an optional Jeep Safari or Elephant Safari inside Kaziranga National Park (subject to permits and availability). After breakfast, visit the Kaziranga Orchid and Biodiversity Park. Later, enjoy leisure time amidst nature. Dinner and overnight stay near Kaziranga.

Day 5: Kaziranga to Majuli Island

- - After breakfast, drive towards Jorhat and board a ferry to Majuli Island, the world’s largest river island. On arrival, explore local villages, Satras (Vaishnavite monasteries), and interact with the local communities. Experience the peaceful rural lifestyle of Majuli. Dinner and overnight stay on the island.

Day 6: Majuli to Guwahati | Departure

- - After breakfast, check out and take a ferry back to Jorhat. Drive to Guwahati for onward departure to Delhi. Arrive with unforgettable memories from the Assam backpacking trip.
