Day 1. Delhi to Manali

  • Begin your journey from delhi to manali aboard a comfortable semi sleeper AC Volvo bus.

  • Volvo departure timings are between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

  • Depart in the evening as the city lights fade and the scenic mountain route unfolds.

  • Enjoy a comfortable overnight journey, relaxing and preparing for the experiences ahead.

  • Arrive refreshed and ready to explore the serene landscapes and charm of Manali.

Day 2. Manali Arrival & Leisure

  • Arrive in the morning at the beautiful hill town of Manali, nestled in the heart of Himachal pradesh.

  • Proceed to the hotel for check-in and relax after the journey (check-in time: 11 am).

  • Spend the day at leisure with time for self-exploration at your own pace.

  • Explore the lively mall road, visit the serene Hidimba Devi temple, or opt for a short excursion to Solang valley for adventure and scenic views.

  • Meet our road captain and team for a detailed tour briefing.

  • Return to the hotel in the evening and unwind.

  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

Day 3. Manali to Jispa/Sarchu

  • After breakfast, drive towards Sarchu, passing through the Atal tunnel into the scenic Lahaul valley.

  • Travel alongside the Chandra river, crossing Keylong, Darcha, Patsio, and Zingzing bar.

  • Ascend the stunning Baralacha-la pass (4,892 m), offering breathtaking mountain views.

  • Arrive at Sarchu by evening and check in to your camps.

  • Enjoy dinner and a peaceful overnight stay amid the Himalayas.

Day 4. Jispa/Sarchu to Leh

  • After breakfast, begin the exciting journey towards Leh.

  • Ride through the famous Gata loops, featuring 21 thrilling hairpin bends at an altitude of 4,669 meters.

  • Cross the high mountain passes of Nakee-la (4,739 m) and Lachung-la (5,065 m), offering dramatic Himalayan views.

  • Pass the iconic brandy bridge and continue towards the remote plains of Pang.

  • Stop at pang for a well-earned lunch break.

  • Drive across the vast and scenic Moore plains, a 30-kilometer stretch of open high-altitude landscape.

  • Arrive in Leh by late evening and check in to your hotel.

Day 5: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass

Day 6: Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso

      • Accident-related damages on the bike to be paid by the rider/pillion rider. Pillion bearer costs for any gear damage.
      • Gears not included in the own bike package.
      • Fuel not included in the own bike package.
      • Any personal expenses/tips/parking.
      • Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies and acts of god.
      • Room heater charges, pickup/drop facilities.
      • Extra days stay/food at any place during the tour because of bad weather or road blocking due to snow.
      • 5% gst.

 


Payment Policy

  • Booking Amount : Rs 5000 per person
  • 20% of the trip cost to be paid 45 days before the trip departure date
  • 30% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
  • Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date

      • Additional Expenses Due to Uncontrollable Factors: If unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other factors out of the operator’s control arise (e.g., extra hotel stays, meals, or transportation), participants will need to cover these additional costs. Zo Adventures or its hotel partners are not responsible for these expenses.
      • Not Responsible for Changes Beyond Control: Zo Adventures is not liable for changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond its control, such as altered flight or train schedules, cancellations, political unrest, UNION ISSUES or natural disasters.
      • Leaving the Tour Midway: If a participant decides to leave the tour before its completion, they must pay for the bike’s transportation from their departure point back to the designated drop-off location.
      • Luggage responsibility: guests are responsible for keeping their luggage safe. the company is not accountable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. carrying a small daypack for valuables is advised.
      • Non-transferable and non-refundable bookings: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person and are non-refundable.
      • Any government orders, harsh weather conditions, landslides, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes. zo adventures will try to provide alternate plans/trips/treks, but no refunds will be given.
      • If any trip/trek/expedition cannot be started or completed at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc., no refunds will be provided.
      • Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances like rain, earthquake, snowfall, landslides, strikes, etc. during the trip will be borne by the customer.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

    • For cancellations, kindly reply to the email you received from us at the time of booking.
    • The booking amount is non-refundable.
    • 60 to 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total trip cost will be cancelled
    • 44 to 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 29 to 15 days before the departure date: 50% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 15 to 8 days before the departure date: 75% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • 7 days before the trip departure date: 100% of the total trip cost will be cancelled.
    • No show: no refund.
